Directors and Parents of students enrolled in Classical Conversations® Challenge II program are encouraged to support our 3rd Annual Regency Ball by serving as a volunteer chaperone. Your help make this event possible!

Available Volunteer Roles – Signup below!
Chaperone Role | Volunteers Needed | Scheduled Time | Duties |

Setup | 4-6 adults or teens | 4:00-5:45 PM | Set and arrange tables and chairs, set tables (linen, chargers, utensils, etc.), install backdrop, decorate hall as directed. |
Security | 1-2 adults | 5:45-7:45 PM or 7:30-9:30 PM | Monitor outside door to control access. |
Check-in | 2-4 adults | 5:45-7:30 PM or 7:30-9:00 PM | Welcome guests and check them in as they arrive. Distribute name tags. |
Serving | 2-4 adults | 5:45-7:30 PM or 7:30-9:00 PM | Arrange food tables and replenish as needed. Serve punch. Collect dirty dishes as needed. |
Tear-Down | 8-10 adults or teens | 8:30-9:30 PM | Rearrange or breakdown tables and chairs as directed. Collect and pack linens, dishes, decor, equipment, etc. Clear and sweep hall. Take out trash. |
All volunteer chaperones are encouraged to dress in business attire or Regency costume.
