To glorify God and strengthen families by equipping parents, educating children, encouraging community, and engaging with the church.

What We Do
At this time, program offerings fall into one of the following categories.
Community
Support Group
Cognosco et Credo hosts a weekly support group for homeschooling families that offers much-needed encouragement, as well as parent mentoring, and academic classes for students from K4 through highschool. These meetings fulfill our Mission by providing weekly opportunities to strengthen families, equip parents, educate children, encourage community, and engage with the church.
Support
Financial Aid
New Families Fund
Cognosco et Credo’s New Families Fund serves our Mission by underwriting needs-based scholarships for first-time homeschool families. These scholarships fund support group membership, academic classes, and curricula purchases, ensuring that new families have the tools they need to thrive as first-time homeschoolers.
Emergency Assistance Fund
During this time of economic turmoil, many homeschooling families find themselves struggling to make ends meet. Cognosco et Credo has launched an Emergency Assistance Fund to provide financial help to families who are experiencing short-term, emergent needs due to income loss, illness, death, or similar hardships.
Programs
Enrichment
Student Council
Our Student Council program serves homeschool teenagers through engagement in student government, community service, and social outreach.
Cotillion and Country Cotillion
Our Cotillion program offers instruction in etiquette, table manners, and ballroom or country and western dancing. Etiquette lessons include formal and informal table manners, conversation skills, introductions, dress codes, cell phone etiquette, as well as many other areas of social grace. After five class sessions, students put these skills into practice at a final dinner and dance.
Regency Ball
This annual event offers students a delightful introduction to the frolic and fun of Regency England in concert with their studies in Regency literature. The Regency Ball features opportunities to socialize with friends, make new acquaintance, and enjoy educational activities including lessons in English Country Dancing and etiquette.
Activities
Field Trips & Events
Education begins at home — but it rarely stays there! Cognosco et Credo offers a variety of Field Trips and Events to help homeschooling families explore the wide world, experience hands-on learning in ever-expanding disciplines, and encourage deeper relationships with their community, and with one another.
