ABOUT
Stonecastle Estate
Stonecastle is a private, exclusive, 12-acre forested estate overlooking the very heart of Grand Lake and nestled in the foothills of the Ozark mountains. The waterfront estate covers an entire peninsula with over 2,000 feet of shore line and features two nearly private coves for your peaceful enjoyment. A haven for fishermen and nature lovers, this placid setting is home to a variety of wildlife including bald eagles, heron, pelican, deer, fox, bobcat, raccoon, armadillo and many other wonderful creatures.
Stonecastle Estate lies atop the peninsula, built around four 40-foot stone towers, offering an unprecedented view of Grand Lake. The 4,000 square foot castle is built on three floors with a spectacular lookout located on the 4th level inside one of the towers. Enjoy the tranquil setting from inside the castle or from either of its two expansive outdoor decks.
From the Main Floor, experience a panoramic view of the lake and woods, oak floors throughout and a Great Room with stone fireplace. Enjoy a spectacular view each morning from the Master Bedroom, relax in the soaking tub or wash away your cares in the separate glass shower. Prepare gourmet meals in a fully-equipped Kitchen, with 12’ granite island makes meal prep a breeze The adjacent Dining Room easily seats 10. The attached Sun Room seats additional guests — the perfect spot for reading, puzzles, or board games. Walk onto the main deck from the Great Room, the Master Bedroom, or Sun Room and for lounging in sun or shade. Clear nights on the deck are perfect for star-gazing from the hot tub!
On the 2nd Floor, revel in three themed bedrooms, each with queen-size beds and ample closet space. Agile climbers may discover a hidden ladder to the tower and be rewarded with a breathtaking view of the lake. In the shared bath, guests can relax with a dual head shower and exotic marble counters.
On the Lower Level, enjoy a game on the regulation-size pool table, air hockey, or perhaps just a cozy nap on one of the couches. Maybe a movie on the large-screen TV suits you, or perhaps you prefer to indulge yourself in the large steam room. Walk out to the shaded lower deck and sip lemonade or swing gently in the unique suspended bed.
A short walk from the castle brings you to the summer house, right at waters edge. In its shelter, nap in a suspended bed or picnic in style with a sink, refrigerator and gas grill at you fingertips. Jump off the private dock into the secluded, deep water cove for a refreshing swim, or sit and fish to your heart’s content.
For the more adventurous, boating, water skiing, jet skis or even para-sailing are available nearby. Locally, you can go horseback riding, play golf or visit one of the many interesting galleries or antique stores just a 15-minute drive into town.

Terms & Conditions
Please carefully read over these terms and conditions before entering the Cognosco et Credo R&R Raffle (the “Raffle”) benefiting Cognosco et Credo, Inc. a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation. The Raffle is conducted pursuant to Oklahoma law, and is void outside of Oklahoma.
Participant Agreement & Disqualification
By participating in this Raffle, participants agree to abide by all the terms and conditions set forth herein. Cognosco et Credo reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these terms and conditions.
Participant Eligibility
Valid participants in this Raffle must be at least 25 years of age, and a legal citizen of the United States, with no prior felony convictions. Employees of Cognosco et Credo and their immediate families (spouses, siblings, parents, children, and household members) are not eligible to participate in the Raffle.
Ticket Sales
Raffle tickets (the “Ticket” or “Tickets”) will be available to purchase online at knowandbelieve.com or in person until November 11, 2024, at 1:59 PM, or until 250 Tickets are sold, whichever comes first. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Participants may purchase one Ticket for a voluntary contribution of twenty-five dollars ($25), or purchase, in a single transaction, five or more Tickets for a voluntary contribution of twenty dollars ($20) per ticket. No more than 250 Tickets will be sold. If purchased online, an authorized representative of Cognosco et Credo will attach participant’s name to their Ticket and retain the stub for the official drawing. All Raffle Tickets sales are final and non-refundable.
Drawing
A stub from each purchased Ticket sold will be placed in a corresponding Ticket box. A random drawing under the supervision of an official of Cognosco et Credo will take place Monday, November 11, 2024, at approximately 2:00 PM CST, at Blaze Co-Working (2104 N Willow Avenue, Ste A & B, Broken Arrow, OK 74012). The winning Ticket(s) will be selected randomly from all eligible entries. The winning participant(s) need not be present at the drawing to win. The participant(s) holding the winning Ticket(s) (the “Potential Winner”) will be contacted via email within three (3) days of the drawing, and the decision of Cognosco et Credo to determine whether the Potential Winner is the official winner of the specified Prize (the “Official Winner”) is final.
Raffle Prizes
One (1) GRAND PRIZE WEEKEND AT STONECASTLE ESTATE: One 2-night stay at Stonecastle Estate, for up to 12 guests. Valid for Friday-Saturday weekend nights on available dates, to be scheduled upon mutual agreement between the Official Winner and the property owner. SOME BLACKOUT DATES APPLY. Maximum occupancy is 12 people. Additional guests, parties, or events are prohibited. Grand Prize includes standard cleaning at no additional charge to the winner.
One (1) BLAZE CO-WORKING STUDIO RENTAL: Up to 12 hours of Studio Rental time, courtesy of Blaze Co-Working. To be scheduled upon mutual agreement between the Official Winner and Blaze Co-Working. Studio availability may vary. Blackout dates or times may apply.
One (1) EAST MEETS WEST DINNER FOR FOUR: One Dinner for up to Four Guests, to be served at the home of the Official Winner, or a mutually-agreed upon alternate location. To be scheduled upon mutual agreement between the Official Winner and TianMee Boyaci. Limited to a location within 25-mile radius of Tulsa, Oklahoma. Blackout dates or times may apply.
Two (2) SUPER PATCH PERFORMANCE PACK: Winner’s choice of two (2) packs of Super Patch products, courtesy of Super Patch Maghan Spring. Some limitations and exclusions may apply.

Use of Proceeds
Net proceeds of this Raffle will benefit Cognosco et Credo, Inc., a 501(c)(3) organization.
Prize Redemption
The Official Winner must claim the specified Prize, according to the method indicated in the notification email, within 14 days of notification (the “Deadline”). If the Official Winner fails to claim the specified Prize by the Deadline, such Official Winner shall forfeit the specified Prize and, subject to these terms and conditions, a new Official Winner will be chosen by random drawing among all remaining eligible entries.
Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. The Official Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes, fees, and any other expenses related to the awarded Prize. The Official Winner agrees to disclose a valid tax identification number (Social Security or EIN number) to claim his/her prize if taxes will be due and IRS Form W-2G may be issued to Official Winner.
By claiming his/her prize, the Prize winner agrees to allow Cognosco et Credo, Inc., to use his/her name, likeness, and photo for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
By redeeming the Grand Prize, the Official Winner agrees to adhere to all house rules provided by the property owner, and agrees to assume full responsibility for any damage to the property that may occur during his/her stay. The Official Winner shall be liable for the cost of repair or replacement for any damages caused by his/her actions or the actions of his/her guests. The Official Winner agrees to sign a rental agreement and provide a valid credit card to cover any damages, if requested by the property owner.
Odds
Cognosco et Credo will sell a total of 250 Raffle Tickets. The odds of winning will vary and will depend on the number of total Tickets sold.
Liability
Cognosco et Credo, Raffle sponsors, and the property owner are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the acceptance or use of any awarded Prize. By participating in this Raffle, participants agree to release and hold harmless Cognosco et Credo, Raffle sponsors, the property owner, and their affiliates from any and all liability.
Voluntary Contributions
All raffle entries are voluntary contributions. However, the IRS has taken the position that amounts paid for chances in raffles for prizes are not gifts and therefore do not qualify as charitable contributions.
Legal Compliance
This Raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The Raffle is void where prohibited. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
Dispute Resolution
The Raffle shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any claims regarding the Raffle that are not release must be brought in the State or Federal Courts in Tulsa County, Oklahoma. IN NO EVENT SHALL COGNOSCO ET CREDO, INC., OR ANY RELATED ENTITY BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES THAT EXCEED THE VALUE OF THE PRIZE AWARDED TO ANY PARTICIPANT IN THE RAFFLE.
