DESCRIPTION:Country Cotillion is a class for boys and girls in the 7th through 12th grades\, offering instruction in etiquette\, table manners\, and Country-Western dancing. Tulsa Cotillion’s program consists of five 90-minute class sessions\, plus a final BBQ dinner\, dance\, and party (lasting about 4 hours). \n\n\n\nIn lieu of formal ballroom dances\, Country Cotillion will include instruction in Country-Western dancing\, including: the Two-Step\, the Country Shuffle\, the Country Waltz and Triple-time Swing\, along with 4-5 popular line dances. Students are encouraged to wear jeans and cowboy boots during class sessions. (Completion of the formal cotillion class is NOT a prerequisite to participate in County Cotillion.)
